Order Information

Ordering from Barber Veterinary is very simple but we have included a few hints below to ensure the process is clear to you:

  • Browse through the top menu using the drop downs to find your products easily
  • If you have any difficulty finding the product you want please enter the description or product code into the search box at the top of the screen
  • You can view your basket and the total cost excluding delivery at any time by clicking the basket link at the top of the page

N.B. We cannot deliver orders to BFPO addresses or PO Boxes

How to complete your order

  • Click on the checkout button to process your order
  • If you are already a registered customer you can click to login to your account. We would always recommend registering as a customer as this provides you with extra details on your order and account
  • If you have any comments for the courier please enter them in the comments box
  • Please select your payment option from the wide range of options available: 
  • Pay by Credit / Debit Card – we use sage pay for all credit and debit card payments to ensure your card details are not compromised. Sage pay encrypt every transaction to the highest global standards
  • Payment via Bank Transfer – please transfer the correct money using bank details provided. This service may take a little longer to despatch the goods due to the bank taking longer to process the transaction
  • Once you have completed all these details and are happy please press PLACE ORDER which will take you through to the relevant payment details


Barber Veterinary prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout at the current rate of 20%. Customer in the EU will be charged VAT at 20%. If you are in the EU and are VAT registered we do not need to charge VAT but you will need to email us with your VAT registration number before ordering. Customers outside of the EU do not pay VAT

Dispatch Times

All orders placed before 3.00pm will be shipped same day. Delivery times are dependent upon location we deliver to, but the standard delivery time is 1-2 working days

Out of Stock Items

We endeavour to keep all standard items in stock but sometimes demand for some products means that we are out of stock. You will be unable to order any items that are out of stock but we will send you an email when these items come back into stock.  There are some products that we do not stock that will be special order items

How do I cancel an order?

As we dispatch our orders very quickly it is better that you contact us immediately by telephone to cancel an order. The number to call is 0114 3493797. The international number is +44 114 3493797. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our returns policy in the event of unwanted product
