This quality infusion set is the most versatile in the new Barber range of infusion
lines.
 

   KEY FEATURES
 

2.4 metres long, this is longer than the normal infusion line allowing greater
versatility and freedom for your patient.
2 Y-ports for IV drug administration. The distal one allows injection of drugs
that need immediate effect whilst the proximal port allows injections without
disturbing the patient and without the need to access to a cage.
Tubing is kink-resistant and includes a proximally positioned luer connector for
inclusion of extension lines and other accessories. Use of a 3-way tap here makes flushing the line and injection additives in
volume simple.
Luer connector near the drip chamber makes this set fully compatible for 'mix and match' components of the Barber infusion
range.
Movable luer lock/push-fit end connection that gives you the choice of how you connect to a cannula.
Drip chamber is filtered and supplies 20 drops/ml.
 

   APPLICATION
  High flow-rate infusions of IV fluids.
Maintenance fluid therapy.
Recommended for animals over 10kg body weight. For animals up to 10kg we would advise using the Barber Paediatric set.
(60 drops/ml) for accuracy.
Short-term IV drug administration (e.g. chemotherapy infusion).
General wound lavage (either trickle or pressure lavage).
As a closed system for sterile lavage and collection.
Connection to:
a) Infusion pump b) Central venous line for Total Parenteral Nutrition c) Extension lines and other Barber accessories.
